Bone Broth
Roast grass-fed, organic beef bones (@wholefoods) @450° until browned~15 minutes
Transfer the bones to a slow or pressure cooker
Cover with filtered water
Add seasonings of salt, whole peppercorns, bay leaf, tons of fresh garlic cloves, onion, & tbsp of apple cider vinegar
High pressure cook for 30 min and then slow cook for 12-24 hours
Strain and store in recycled glass jars or freeze in silicon ice molds
